Dosattu hehe!!! sound's strange isn't it....
I just experimented with dosa ( indian pan cake/ bread) recipe....Its combo of pesarattu ( green gram dosa) and Dosa
Easy and done with out fermentation, So don't worry if your forget to soak the ingredients for dosa before day.
Here is the recipe,
Ingredients:
Rice-1cup
Chana dal/ senaga pappu/split gram dal-1/4cup
Moong dal/ pesara pappu/split green gram-1/2cup
Urad dal /minapa pappu/split black gram dal-1/2cup
red chili-4-5 in number
Green chili-2
Ginger 1 inch
Salt to taste
Onions chopped
Method:

Method:
- Take all the cereals mentioned along with red chili and wash them
- Now soak them overnight ( at least 6hrs) in the enough water.
- Strain all the water and grind the mixture with ginger + green chili+salt.
- Now take the skillet and heat 2ts of ghee/ vegetable oil and scoop out one spoon of mixture and spread it on a pan like dosa
- Add chopped onions on top and press them down with spatula wait for some time cook in a medium flame.
- Flip when it starts browning.
- Now the dosattu is ready to serve.
