Palak pakoda easy instant snack for winter and rainy season

Pakoda are one are one of my favorite recipes as they are easy to make and delicious in taste. Palak pakoda are one of the healthy versions of pakoda kids will love them. They look colorful too!

Ingredients
Palak/ spinach 3 cups
Gram flour/ besin 5 tbsp
Corn flour/ rice flour 1 tbsp
Onions thin and longitudinally chopped 1/4 cup
Dhaniya powder freshly prepared 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp

Method
Mix all the ingredients and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and take small amount of dough mixture in hand and drop small dumplings in to oil and deep fry them till they turn golden brown. Enjoy this evening yummy snack. Hope you like my recipe please bookmark it or follow my blog.
